Vi bodde på gästhemmet tillsammans med många andra från Göteborgs stav. Barnen trivdes hur bra som helst, mycket tack vare den nya lekparken intill köket. Men det märktes också hur de påverkades av att "bo i templet" (som de tyckte att de gjorde) och hur hela familjen ansträngde sig att vara snällare. Pappan och mamman turades om att gå sessioner, och fastän vi inte kunde gå så många pga av barnen och mammans kassa hälsa, så var det underbart att få lov att vara där och gå i templet litegrand iallafall, dag efter dag.
Detta är en erfarenhet som vi ska vårda oss om länge, och vi hoppas verkligen att vi får möjlighet att göra om den nästa sommar. Det är oslagbart att få lov att inpränta i barnen så här tidigt, vikten av att komma till Guds hus. Så underbart det känns att vi så påtagligt kunde känna hur templet binder familjen samman redan här och nu.

We had a wonderful week at the temple in Stockholm. The kids loved playing by the guesthome, where we stayed, and it was a beautiful experience to be there as a family for an intire week. The daddy and the mommy took turns serving in the temple and although we couldn't go as many sessions as we would have wished (since the mommy is not well enough and we had to tend the kids), it was still wonderful to be so close to the temple and to return there every day for a week. It was also beautiful to see how the children were trying to be more kind and we felt the power of the temple tie as all together more closely just by being there.
I am so grateful for this experience and for the possibility of showing the kids so early in life how important the house of the Lord is. We hope to go again next summer!
